My research activities involve the following:
 | Application of
the passive piezoelectric shunt circuits on damping
the vibration of plates. |
| The development
of a finite element model to accurately predict
the behavior of vibrating plates with shunted piezoelectric patches. |
The application of periodic distributions of shunted
piezoelectric
patches for the vibration attenuation.
